Oilless or low-oil-contained lubrication means less fuel without refueling, the goal of our research is to ensure that the bearing in such conditions can have good performance and extend its life as much as possible. When self-lubricating bearings are running, the solid lubricants on its surface form a lubricating film by mutual friction .It avoids direct contact between the workpiece and thus well protected against wear parts to extend the service life of the bearings and the workpiece.

With the cost of increasing, business equipment reliability and plant operation is also increasing. Metal self-lubricating bearings to meet the long-term maintenance-free and under the conditions of self-lubricating, thus making the design of reliable long-term self-lubricating system possible. Metallic self-lubricating bearing material can be widely used in high load at low speed rotation conditions, swing and linear reciprocating motion, but also applies to the position where traditional lubrication can not be achieved or the ocassion greasing is prohibited, or in special conditions such as dust, shock under load or radiation conditions require long-term and stable use.

Charcateristics

This bearing is a combination of wear resistance and self-lubricating properties of solid copper alloy body of lubricants to use in the process without refueling maintenance. Products are widely used in high load, intermittent or oscillating motion, such as automotive products line, water wheels machine, a reservoir / incident doors, plastic machinery, punch peripherals. Depending on the conditions, the material can be provided with various types of copper alloy.
